Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Crew Members to join our growing team. Whether you’re building patios, planting gardens, assisting with pool installations, or maintaining properties, your role is essential in making outdoor dreams a reality. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a skilled, supportive crew—this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with landscaping, hardscaping, and pool installation projects
✔ Operate basic tools and equipment (hand tools, wheelbarrows, etc.)
✔ Load and unload materials and supplies
✔ Follow project plans and instructions from Crew Leaders and Foremen
✔ Maintain a clean, organized job site
✔ Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
✔ Provide general labor support across different projects
Requirements:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
✔ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Punctual and reliable
✔ Prior landscaping, construction, or pool experience is a plus—but not required
✔ Must be able to work well as part of a team
✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
