We’re seeking an experienced Foreman to lead project crews and ensure every job site reflects the quality and professionalism our reputation is built on.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise daily field operations on residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and pool projects
✔ Lead, manage, and motivate crews of 2-8 workers to ensure efficiency and safety
✔ Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and layouts
✔ Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met
✔ Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to The Pros, Inc. quality guidelines
✔ Operate tools and machinery as needed, ensuring proper maintenance and safe use
✔ Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
✔ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
✔ Train new crew members and promote a culture of accountability and respect
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, hardscape, or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
✔ Strong understanding of landscaping, hardscaping, grading, and pool construction methods
✔ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
✔ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
✔ Comfortable operating equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and compactors
✔ Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
✔ OSHA certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
✔ Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
✔ Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
