Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support lead generation for our services.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing)
✔️ Create engaging content for website, blogs, social platforms, and print materials
✔️ Plan and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
✔️ Collaborate with management to design promotional materials and advertising strategies
✔️ Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and social media analytics to track performance
✔️ Coordinate with third-party agencies for SEO, paid ads, and website management
✔️ Manage online reputation, reviews, and Google Business Profiles
✔️ Support CRM campaigns and customer communication initiatives
✔️ Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in home improvement, construction, or landscaping industries
✅ Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics)
✅ Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
✅ Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency
✅ Knowledge of Massachusetts’ local markets is a plus
