As we grow, we are looking for organized, motivated, and experienced Project Managers to join our team and oversee exciting projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial landscaping and pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping, pool construction, and outdoor living projects from initiation to completion
✅ Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are met
✅ Develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and schedules
✅ Manage on-site activities, ensuring work is performed to high quality and safety standards
✅ Proactively identify and resolve project risks or delays
✅ Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
✅ Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
✅ Ensure all projects meet company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
Requirement
✔ 3+ years of project management experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields
✔ Strong understanding of landscape design, construction processes, or pool building is a plus
✔ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ PMP certification is a plus but not required
